What Sparky Is
Sparky is a Windows desktop app and supporting website. The website explains the product, pricing, and documentation. The desktop app runs local workflows for chat, goals, browser control, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and image generation.
Information We May Collect
We may collect account identifiers from Clerk, selected plan information, checkout status, basic usage counters, and support information you choose to send. The desktop app may store local project settings, thread state, goals, and billing state on your machine.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, activate plans, enforce plan limits, provide support, improve reliability, and protect the service from misuse.
Local Files and Project Data
Sparky is designed around local desktop work. Project files remain in the folders you choose. Do not provide secrets, regulated data, or confidential third-party material unless you are allowed to process it with your configured AI providers and tools.
Third-Party Services
Sparky may integrate with Clerk for authentication, Convex for app data, payment or checkout providers for subscriptions, and AI/model providers for agent responses. Those services process data under their own policies.
Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it. Account, subscription, and usage records may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, tax, accounting, and support purposes.
